LAS VEGAS -- The Portland Trail Blazers (1-3) notched their first win during the 2009 NBA Summer League presented by EA SPORTS from the COX Pavilion Saturday night. The Trail Blazers led from coast-to-coast in their 91-74 victory over the San Antonio Spurs (3-1). The Trail Blazers jumped out early in the first quarter building as much as a seven-point lead at 11-4 before ending the period up 19-15.
