The Zamboni was cranked up Wednesday afternoon, as the league released its schedule for the 2009-10 regular season. Now we know the road ahead for some of the league's top contenders, and in each case, it might not be a smooth ride. Pittsburgh Penguins The Stanley Cup champions' schedule will begin with the first of 16 back-to-back dates (versus Rangers; at Islanders) on Oct. 2 and 3.
