LAS VEGAS -- The Toronto Raptors (1-2) broke open a tightly contested game in the fourth quarter with the Portland Trail Blazers (0-1) en route to a 92-87 victory Monday evening in the 2009 NBA Summer League presented by EA Sports from the COX Pavilion in Las Vegas. The game featured 22 lead changes and 12 ties with the last coming at 66-66 with 9:38 remaining in the fourth quarter.
