Manswell changes his mind, picks WVU

A verbal commitment is just that -- verbal, not binding. Malcolm Manswell, who represented Trinidad at the Under-17 international level and was a senior this past school year at River Hill High School (Clarksville, Md.), backed out of a verbal to South Florida University and committed to West Virginia.
