Friday, July 10, 2009 From July 20 through 23, some of the top quarterbacks in the nation, including Nick Montana (Oaks Christian, Westlake Village, Calif.) and Jake Heaps (Skyline, Sammamish, Wash.), will get a chance to showcase their talents at Elite 11, a premier quarterback competition for prep athletes.
