Wednesday, July 8, 2009 BUDAPEST, Hungary -- Shahar Peer of Israel upset defending champion Alize Cornet of France 6-2, 6-0 Wednesday in the second round of the Budapest Grand Prix. Peer jumped ahead 5-1 in the first set before losing her serve. She cruised in the second set. "I played very well, I did what I had to do," Peer said.
