Who were the best Bears' signings?

All this free-agency activity with the Blackhawks got me thinking about some recent Bears signings. I thought it would be fun to throw out some of the best and worst free-agent pickups since 2000. This is not an all-encompassing list, so feel free to add your choices in the comment section. Just try to limit the ideas to free-agent additions, not trades, which rules out the likes of Adam Archuleta and Darwin Walker.
