Baseball Prospectus Thursday, July 2, 2009 On Sunday, starting lineups for the MLB All-Star Game will be announced; like every year, deserving players will be left out in the cold. What follows is a mixed-league lineup of players who might not receive that trip to St. Louis for the July 14 game but should. Space considerations prevent me from showing the entirety of my mental math for both leagues at each position, so I've spotlighted what I felt was the more interesting decision of the two.
