ESPN.com Wednesday, July 1, 2009 The Toronto Maple Leafs got their tough guy. General manager Brian Burke promised to make his team tougher and he did Wednesday by signing enforcer Colton Orr to a four-year deal worth $4 million. Orr left the New York Rangers via free agency. Orr has piled up more than 100 penalty minutes each of the past three seasons, amassing 52 fighting majors during his time with the Rangers.
