ESPN.com Tuesday, June 30, 2009 July gets off to an unorthodox start here in Daily Notes. As a southpaw myself, I am outraged and appalled at my own rankings for Wednesday. My entire top 10 has nary a left-handed hurler, even though eight pitchers of the Phil Mickelson persuasion take to the mound. Even more unusual is that four of the top five pitchers are pitching on the road, with only Josh Johnson, taking on the Nationals at "The Shark," making the cut at home.
