SAN JOSE, Calif. -- The San Jose Sharks are beginning a roster makeover by declining to make qualifying offers to forwards Marcel Goc, Tomas Plihal and Lukas Kaspar. All three forwards played much of last season for the Sharks, who finished with the NHL's best regular-season record before losing their first-round playoff series to Anaheim.
