Saturday, June 27, 2009 KINGSTON -- Olympic 100-meter champions Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser both clinched Jamaican national titles in Saturday's meet with world record holder Bolt holding off rival Asafa Powell. Bolt, who holds the 100-meter record of 9.69 seconds set at the Beijing Games last year, ran home in 9.86 while Powell, who was quicker out of the blocks, was second in 9.97 ahead of Michael Frater (10.02).
