Masters and Corkill take early lead at Reno Rodeo

RENO, Nev. — Jade Corkill, who grew up in Fallon, Nev., put on a heeling clinic at his hometown rodeo in Reno with 2007 world champion header Chad Masters of Tennessee. The team roping pair stopped the clock in 5.1 seconds in slack and 5.6 in the performance to capture the lead in both the second round and the average by a healthy margin.
