ESPN.com Tuesday, June 23, 2009 After junior welterweight Timothy Bradley Jr. outpointed Kendall Holt to unify 140-pound titles on April 4, he was forced to vacate one of the belts because of arcane boxing politics. Now, that vacancy will be filled when St. Louis' Devon Alexander meets former titleholder Junior Witter of England on Aug. 1 (Showtime) at the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
