Ray Foley, a 37-year-old employee of Chrysler Financial, defeated a field of 2,715 players to win Event 39, a $1,500 no-limit hold 'em tournament. While he might play only occasionally, the Eastern Michigan graduate has quite a record at the World Series of Poker.
