Sunday, June 21, 2009 ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Clayton Kershaw was pulled 2½ weeks ago after giving up three runs and throwing 83 pitches in his worst outing of the season. On Sunday, he shut down a potent Los Angeles Angels lineup that leads the league in batting.
