Davydenko out for Russia-Israel

MOSCOW -- Russia will be without their top player Nikolay Davydenko in next month's Davis Cup quarterfinal against Israel, team captain Shamil Tarpishchev said on Thursday. Tarpishchev said he had allowed world No. 11 Davydenko to miss Russia's first two ties in this year's competition.
