At the rate the Toronto Blue Jays are losing pitchers and with the way he threw, Richmond's job is secure. The right-hander struck out a career-high 11 in eight innings, Aaron Hill hit a two-run homer and the Blue Jays beat the Philadelphia Phillies 7-1 on Wednesday night.
