Bowman conditions himself to be one of the best

Sometimes size does not matter. Some guys can just play football. Good Counsel's A.J. Bowman is 5-foot-11, 225 pounds -- not prototypical size for a defensive lineman, but last year Bowman was anything but typical in his first year on the line.
