Rangers blank Dodgers to earn consecutive shutouts at home

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Vicente Padilla kept getting out of jams while the Texas Rangers hitters finally showed up. Padilla pitched five innings, Hank Blalock and Michael Young ended offensive droughts and the AL West-leading Rangers posted another shutout at home, 6-0 over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday night.
