ESPN.com Wednesday, June 10, 2009 Way back in April, fantasy owners believed the closer situations in the great state of Texas would be two of the stronger, safer ones in the game. Houston's Jose Valverde led the National League in saves each of the past two seasons, while Texas' Frank Francisco established himself with a strong second half in 2008, and didn't give up a run all of April (or most of May, for that matter).
