Tuesday, June 9, 2009 ARLINGTON, Texas -- Toronto Blue Jays starter Jesse Litsch will have Tommy John surgery and miss the rest of the season, a major blow to a team trying to keep pace in the competitive AL East. Toronto is already missing starting right-handers Dustin McGowan and Shaun Marcum, and now will lose Litsch for the rest of this season and up to two months next season.
