Pirates won't go quietly

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- East Carolina isn't quite ready for its baseball season to end quietly. The Pirates loaded the bases in the bottom of the eighth and plated three runs to cut the UNC lead to 8-3 heading into the ninth. Kyle Roller's groundout RBI scored Austin Homan to make it 8-1.
