Friday, June 5, 2009 BATON ROUGE, La. -- LSU tried to keep things interesting in the bottom of the fourth, but instead left two runners on base. Rice has earned a reputation for its defense, and the Owls held LSU to just one run in the fourth inning despite getting into a bases-loaded jam. It was the first sign of offense this evening for LSU, though, and it finally injected some life into the crowd here at the Box.
