It isn't as easy as it looks. Oh, I know. It's fun to ridicule Carl Lewis, Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory, Mariah Carey and anyone else you have seen deliver an embarrassing ceremonial first pitch. Having covered baseball for almost a quarter-century, I've seen a full range of first pitches.
