MWC tourneys stay in Vegas

LAS VEGAS -- The Mountain West Conference plans to keep its men's and women's basketball tournament in Las Vegas through at least 2013. Conference officials said Tuesday that they agreed to extend the tournament's run at the Thomas & Mack Center, the home arena of UNLV. The conference had previously agreed to hold the tournament in Las Vegas through 2010.
