LOS ANGELES -- A pair of CIF Los Angeles City Section Championship games ended in blowouts at Dodger Stadium here Saturday. Westchester (Los Angeles) and Chatsworth (Calif.) proved to be too much for Monroe (North Hills, Calif.) and Cleveland (Reseda, Calif.), respectively.
