Gagne expects 4-6 week recovery

PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia Flyers forward Simon Gagne has had surgery to remove a bone spur and adhesions that built up in his right hip. Gagne had the surgery on Thursday and was expected to recover in four to six weeks. He had 34 goals and 74 points in 79 games for the Flyers this season.
