Team to stay until Title IX case is heard

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction Friday preventing Quinnipiac University from eliminating its women's volleyball team, saying the team was likely to prevail in its gender equity case. Judge Stefan Underhill granted an injunction that keeps the team intact until a lawsuit against the school can be heard.
