Dominant softball pitcher Kenzie Fowler from Canyon del Oro High (Tucson, Ariz.) and record-breaking runner Andrew Springer from Westerly (R.I.) High have been selected as the third ESPN RISE National High School Athletes of the Week for the 2009 spring season. Fowler is no stranger to national honors.
