BOYS' ATHLETE OF THE YEAR BRIAN FORGUE Downingtown West / Soccer The senior Penn State recruit led Downingtown West to a state championship in November with a 2-1 win over Peters Township, and the team finished fifth in the ESPN RISE FAB 50 rankings with a 26-1 overall record. Forgue's stifling defense helped the Whippets post two shutouts in the Class AAA tournament and 19 over the course of the season.
