BOYS' ATHLETE OF THE YEAR R.J. PENA Sprague / Wrestling Pena didn't have to break a sweat to win his fourth state title this past winter, but winning by default  his opponent was injured and could not compete  did nothing to take away from the remarkable career he put together at Sprague. This year, Pena joined Newberg's Alec Ortiz and Lakeview's Cy Swartzlender as seniors who won their fourth consecutive title at the state meet. He will move on to compete on the mats at Oregon State.
