BOYS' ATHLETE OF THE YEAR LANCE STEPHENSON Lincoln / Basketball Stephenson might be the most accomplished player in New York City's storied history. He wrapped up a brilliant four-year career as the state's alltime leading scorer (surpassing Lincoln alum and NBA guard Sebastian Telfair) and the only player to win four PSAL city titles.
