Many of baseball's top starters toe the mound on Tuesday, with four of fantasy's top 16 starters -- per the ESPN Player Rater -- scheduled to pitch. Jake Peavy (28th) is doing his best to make up for lost time and ascend the ranks, as he has posted 20 strikeouts and allowed six hits in his past two starts.
