ESPN.com He no longer dons their uniform, but Manny Ramirez is still helping the Boston Red Sox -- at least in this week's MLB Power Rankings. Last week's No. 1 team, the Los Angeles Dodgers, dropped three of four games without the suspended Ramirez in the lineup.
