Atlanta was already facing long odds against Cleveland, but after Joe Johnson sprained his ankle Thursday night, there appears to be little hope that the Hawks will extend the series to even five games. That Johnson played in the game late in the third quarter with his team down by 33 points was a little odd, but this is more a critique of the NBA's orthodoxy than of Hawks coach Mike Woodson.
