BASS member since 1976 Friday, May 8, 2009 Bass tournaments have lots of rules, but it seems to me that a lot of the most important ones never find their way to print. Take a look at any set of tournament rules and you'll see stuff about no live bait, no rods over 8 feet long, no outboards that exceed Coast Guard recommendations and lots of stuff like that. That's all well and good and certainly a necessity, but those are generally not the things that interest me when I fish a tournament or the things that irritate me when I find they' ...
