PHILADELPHIA -- Shane Victorino isn't known for his plate discipline. Even he couldn't swing when Sean Green lost his control. Victorino's bases-loaded walk off Green with two outs in the 10th inning lifted the Philadelphia Phillies to a 6-5 victory over the New York Mets on Saturday.
