Anaheim's Jonas Hiller and Washington's Simeon Varlamov were relative unknowns two weeks ago. The 26-year-old Hiller has spent his rookie season splitting time with former Cup winner Jean-Sebastien Giguere, while the 20-year-old Varlamov is a recently promoted and essentially unknown backup of Jose Theodore.
