That's right -- a revised top 25 already

Believe it or not, the men's college basketball preseason rankings we posted earlier this month are already out of date. A bevy of decisions by underclassmen to declare for the NBA draft will do that to a way-too-early top 25. That's why a new set of predictions -- during the "testing" of the draft process -- is in order.
