ESPN.com Sunday, April 26, 2009 NEW YORK -- Day 2 of the NFL draft seemed to move slower than Saturday's lightning round. Teams took most of the five-minute period to make decisions. They spent a lot of time making countless trade-downs, including many curious deals in which 2010 draft choices were used as collateral for trades.
