ESPN.com Thursday, April 23, 2009 Kansas receiver Dezmon Briscoe has been reinstated, Jayhawks coach Mark Mangino said. Briscoe was suspended from the team at the start of spring practice for an undisclosed violation of team rules and missed all of the Jayhawks' spring work. Briscoe, a junior, was a second-team All-Big 12 selection in 2008 after catching 92 passes for school-record totals of 1,407 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns.
