Random thoughts -- truly -- while stranded in Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Conn., for eight hours, the result of a compromised windshield mechanism that ultimately canceled my flight: • Perspective: I was frustrated, initially. I just want to see my little boy. Then when I sat down to write I thought about Amber Wells, my friend from NASCAR who landed in the Hudson River last winter.
