Page 2 Wednesday, April 22, 2009 This is the time of the year when those "experienced" buzz-killers warn us that baseball has a very, very long season, and that the first two weeks are a tiny sample size, and that it's way too early to get excited about your team's hot start, and that the Pirates will tumble back to earth as surely as the cherry blossoms will fade and fall from the trees.
