Day 2: Pro Results | Co-Anglers CECIL COUNTY, Md. — Dave Mansue of Robbinsville N.J., took the lead with a two-day total of 36 pounds, 9 ounces in the season-opening event of the 2009 Bassmaster Northern Open presented by Oakley on Chesapeake Bay.
