Monday, April 13, 2009 SUNRISE, Fla. -- Florida Panthers goalie Craig Anderson has turned down an offer to play for the United States in the upcoming World Hockey Championship, and his teammate David Booth might follow suit. Booth, who led the Panthers with 31 goals this season and is scheduled to become a restricted free agent this summer, also was extended an invitation. But he said he wasn't sure he'd accept it.
