Let's get to it: • The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports that Scott Baker has been placed on the 15-day disabled list because of "right shoulder stiffness," and thus won't be able to make his Opening Day start. Francisco Liriano will pitch in his place (on three days' rest, no less). Baker threw in a minor league game Wednesday night, a 58-pitch outing in which he gave up no runs but reportedly developed some stiffness, and the team decided to take the safe route with hi ...
