Special to ESPN.com Monday, March 30, 2009 Let's be honest: The chances of anyone who does not drive for Target Chip Ganassi Racing, Team Penske or Andretti Green Racing becoming the 2009 IndyCar Series champion are virtually zero. Those three super-teams have won 61 of the past 65 IndyCar races, including complete whitewashes of the 2006 and '07 seasons. In fact, Rahal Letterman Racing is the only other team to have won an IndyCar race since August 2005, and RLR does not have plans to compete in the IndyCar Series this year. So that ...
