The timing of a recent Time magazine story that focused on Detroit's struggles to make it through this rough economic climate could not have been much worse. Pictures in the story showed "dead zones," decaying former auto plants and bleak views of a city that was described as "postapocalyptic." Hey, welcome to Detroit, Final Four fans!
