ESPN The Magazine Wednesday, March 25, 2009 Although it seems the Nationals have been irrelevant since moving from Montreal to Washington in 2005, that's actually not the case. In fact, they managed to finish at .500 in their first season in our nation's capital and led the National League East at the All-Star break.
